We are now accepting applications for our String Orchestra Program. Participants will join a music camp led by distinguished national and international faculty, featuring masterclasses for string instruments and workshops on engaging topics such as historical dance, music marketing, and more.

Celebrating its 22nd anniversary in 2026, Silpakorn Summer Music School offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Held at the SCB Training Center, located on a beautiful sunset beach east of Pattaya, SSMS provides a fully immersive musical journey. The program focuses on developing each participant to become the best musician they can be, within an inspiring and nurturing environment.

The venue is fully equipped with comfortable accommodation, sectional rehearsal rooms, a full orchestra rehearsal space, outdoor areas, and beach access—along with daily enjoyment of renowned Thai cuisine.

Eligibility

• Open to all string musicians – Violin, Viola, Cello, and Double Bass.
• No age limitation.

Audition Submission

All applicants must submit a video audition via an online link (accept only YouTube). Please make sure the link is public or shareable.

Video Requirements

• Please state your full name clearly at the beginning of the video.
• Perform the required excerpts from the following works:

The Silpakorn Summer Music School 2026 warmly welcomes applicants from outside Thailand.

Visa Information:

• Participants from abroad are responsible for arranging and obtaining their own visa to enter Thailand.
• Once selected, the school will issue an official acceptance letter to support your visa application.
• Please check the visa requirements for your country with the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in your area.
  

We strongly recommend starting your visa process immediately after receiving confirmation of acceptance, as visa processing times may vary by country.
